Robopac Pallet Wrappers

Robopac pallet wrapping machines are built for performance in busy warehouse operations, distribution centres and production lines. Designed to improve pallet stability, cut film use and reduce manual handling, they provide a straightforward upgrade from hand wrapping for businesses wrapping anything from a few pallets a day to 250+ per shift.

For standard pallets, the Ecoplat Plus is a strong entry level option. The Masterplat range is the most popular, offering powered pre-stretch for film savings and everyday reliability. The Ecowrap XL FRD is designed for unstable or irregular loads, while the Robot Master and Robot S7 provide mobile flexibility. The M80 can wrap around 150 pallets per charge, while the M110 handles over 250 pallets. The M110 also includes a powered pre-stretch carriage, offering greater savings on machine film.

Yes. Models with powered pre-stretch, such as Masterplat, Rotoplat and Robot, are designed to work with pre-stretch machine film to maximise savings and increase pallet stability. Ecoplat models can be used with standard machine film.

Turntable models may require a ramp if you’re loading with a pallet truck rather than a forklift. Robopac offers different ramp options, including low profile designs for easier access, ramps with integrated weighing scales, and ramps covering 90°, 180° or 270° to suit your layout. Rotating-arm machines and mobile Robot models do not need a ramp, as the pallet either stays stationary or the wrapper moves to the load.

Depending on the model, Robopac machines are supplied with manufacturer warranties of up to 36 months. Please check the individual product for the warranty status on the machine.

Yes. Options such as low profile turntables, taller masts, ramps and integrated weigh scales are available on selected models, allowing machines to be tailored to your site requirements.

Yes. For most setups we just need a few details online to recommend the right model, but if your operation is more complex we can also arrange a site visit. A trial can then be organised if needed to make sure the machine is the right fit before you commit.

Yes. Models with powered pre-stretch, such as Masterplat, Rotoplat and Robot, can stretch film by up to 250-300% before it’s applied. Robopac Pallet Wrapper Models

The Ecoplat Plus is the entry point to the Robopac pallet wrapper range, available as a Base model with core brake film tension or as the FRD with an electromagnetic brake for greater wrapping control. Both are suited to standard pallet wrapping at low to medium volumes, making them a practical step up from hand wrapping.

The Masterplat range is the most popular choice. The PGS model adds powered pre-stretch to cut film use, while the FRD version uses electronic brake tension for straightforward, everyday wrapping. Both strike a strong balance between cost, durability and performance, making them a go-to option for many warehouses.

The Ecowrap XL FRD is a rotating-arm machine designed for heavy, unstable or irregular loads. Instead of turning the pallet, the arm moves around it, keeping cartons steady and preventing movement during wrapping.

For higher volumes or sites with split work areas, the Robot Master M brings the machine to the pallet. It combines fast wrap speeds with powered pre-stretch to reduce film usage, making it ideal for busy warehouses with varied layouts. At the top end, the Robot S7 adds adjustable pre-stretch ratios, battery power and R-Connect monitoring, giving larger sites flexibility and control across different pallet types.

Robopac also offers advanced options in the Rotoplat and Technoplat series. The Rotoplat 508 PDS provides dual pre-stretch settings, while the 708 PVS offers fully variable pre-stretch for maximum efficiency. The Technoplat CS 508 includes automatic clamp, cut and apply functions, with the CW 508 adding built-in weighing to record pallet weights during the wrap cycle. These models are suited to operations looking for the highest levels of automation and control.
