For standard pallets, the Ecoplat Plus is a strong entry level option. The Masterplat range is the most popular, offering powered pre-stretch for film savings and everyday reliability. The Ecowrap XL FRD is designed for unstable or irregular loads, while the Robot Master and Robot S7 provide mobile flexibility. The M80 can wrap around 150 pallets per charge, while the M110 handles over 250 pallets. The M110 also includes a powered pre-stretch carriage, offering greater savings on machine film.

Yes. Models with powered pre-stretch, such as Masterplat, Rotoplat and Robot, are designed to work with pre-stretch machine film to maximise savings and increase pallet stability. Ecoplat models can be used with standard machine film.

Turntable models may require a ramp if you’re loading with a pallet truck rather than a forklift. Robopac offers different ramp options, including low profile designs for easier access, ramps with integrated weighing scales, and ramps covering 90°, 180° or 270° to suit your layout. Rotating-arm machines and mobile Robot models do not need a ramp, as the pallet either stays stationary or the wrapper moves to the load.

Depending on the model, Robopac machines are supplied with manufacturer warranties of up to 36 months. Please check the individual product for the warranty status on the machine.

The Ecoplat Plus Base uses a mechanical core brake film carriage and is best suited to low-usage environments where powered pre-stretch is not required. It provides a straightforward solution for standard pallet wrapping applications where film efficiency is not the primary driver.

The Ecoplat Plus FRD uses the same mechanical core brake film carriage but features a more advanced control panel. This allows greater flexibility when wrapping a variety of pallet types, with additional programmable parameters to suit different load heights and wrapping requirements.

Ecoplat Plus models are typically utilised in environments where pallets can be safely rotated and where wrapping demand does not justify powered pre-stretch film control.

Robopac Robot Master M and Robot S7

Robopac mobile pallet wrapping machines are designed for sites where using a fixed turntable wrapper is impractical, or where pallets are wrapped in multiple locations across a facility.

The Robopac Robot Master M is a self-propelled pallet wrapping machine featuring powered pre-stretch film control. It is commonly used in environments where flexibility is required and situations when relocating pallets to a fixed wrapper would disrupt workflow.

The Robopac Robot S7 adds further flexibility with adjustable pre-stretch ratios, battery operation, and advanced control features. R-Connect monitoring is available across the Robopac stretch wrapping range, allowing performance and usage data to be tracked if/when required.
