The Robopac Robot Master M80 FRD is a compact mobile pallet wrapper, designed to wrap pallets of various shapes and sizes without requiring a fixed turntable. Ideal for small to medium operations, it is well suited to businesses wrapping up to 30 pallets per day, though its battery can comfortably support up to 150 pallets per charge.
This model features an FRD (Film Roll Delivery) carriage, which uses a manually adjustable mechanical brake to apply film tension. While it does not stretch the film during wrapping, it is designed for use with pre-stretched machine film (typically 150%), making it a simple and cost-effective solution for businesses not yet requiring powered pre-stretch capability.
Once positioned, the machine wraps pallets autonomously with no operator input during the cycle. It includes a 3.5” colour control panel with a simple dial-based control system which makes it easy to scroll through settings and adjust wrapping settings, perfect for working in fast-paced environments. Users can customise up to nine parameters and choose from three programmable wrap cycles, allowing for flexibility across different load types.
For businesses requiring higher throughput or aiming to reduce film usage through powered pre-stretch, the Robot Master 110 PDS is a suitable upgrade, offering 250% pre-stretch capability, improved battery life and greater long-term efficiency.
