Standard Cardboard Boxes

Our standard cardboard boxes are designed for reliable, everyday use across warehouses, fulfilment centres, and general shipping operations. Manufactured to the FEFCO 0201 style, they feature flaps that meet neatly in the centre, making them easy to seal with tape and suitable for stacking on pallets or shelving. FAQs

FEFCO 0201 is the most commonly used cardboard box style. It has flaps on the top and bottom that meet in the centre, making it quick to assemble and easy to seal with tape.

Single wall boxes are made from three layers of material - two outer liners with one layer of fluted board in between. They are suitable for lighter items and general packing needs.

Double wall boxes have five layers - two layers of fluting sandwiched between three liners - offering increased strength, puncture resistance, and load protection. They are a better choice for heavier contents, fragile goods, or longer transit.

Yes - all of our standard boxes are made from FSC-certified materials and are fully recyclable through standard cardboard waste streams.

Not necessarily. While many boxes follow the same FEFCO 0201 design, the board grade and fluting quality can vary. Both single wall and double wall boxes can be made with lighter liners or thinner fluting, which reduces cost but also weakens the structure.

Choosing the Right Cardboard Box

All boxes in this range use the FEFCO 0201 design – the industry standard with flaps that meet in the centre. They arrive flat-packed for simple storage, and their construction makes them ideal for fast taping and stacking.

These standard cardboard boxes are suitable for use with water activated tape dispensers, handheld tape guns and automated case tapers. Built for speed and consistency, they are a practical choice for any packing line.
