Delivery Services & Pricing
All (in stock) orders placed before 15:00 are dispatched by our Warehouse Team same working day. Orders which are placed after this cut-off time will be dispatched the following working day (Monday – Friday only). Orders placed after 15:00 on Friday or Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Due to courier restrictions and the large nature of the items which we offer, your order may arrive in separate consignments. These can occasionally get split in transit, and may arrive on separate days. Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery of all consignments.
We are now aware that there are several depots in the UK which are currently experiencing severe service delays. In these areas, some deliveries are extending beyond the 1-3 delivery window. If you are located in any of the below areas, we and our service partners, kindly ask for your patience during this busy time, and allow up to 7 working days for delivery.

Sandwell Service Centre – Wolverhampton/Birmingham area
Preston Service Centre – Preston/Stockport/Blackburn area

Parcel Delivery – Mainland UK (Zone 1)
*Next Working Day delivery service is included free of charge on qualifying orders over £50 (Ex VAT).
Orders under £50 (Ex VAT) are charged a flat shipping rate of £4.99 (Ex VAT).
Delivery is expected within 1 working day after dispatch and will go ahead between 07:00 and 21:00. Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery at present to account for any potential courier delays or disruption.
We may be able to offer a timed delivery option for your goods. Please contact us before placing your order if you require this service.
Parcel Delivery – Outside Mainland UK (Zones 2, 3, 4, excluding BT)
For courier purposes, the following destinations and postcodes (not exhaustive) are considered to be outside Zone 1 Mainland UK: Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles – AB32-42, FK, All IV, All KW, PA20-PA78, PH4 – PH50, All HS, All ZE, All IM.
Delivery to Zone 2, 3 or 4 postcodes may fall outside of the next-day delivery parameters, or not qualify for Next Working Day Service. Please allow 1-5 working days for delivery to Zones 2, 3 and 4 to account for circumstances mentioned above.
Orders to Zone 2, 3 or 4 are charged a flat shipping rate of between £9.99 – £11.99 due to excess freight charges.
Delivery – Northern Ireland (BT)
Delivery to Northern Ireland (BT) typically takes 2-7 working days.
Orders to Northern Ireland (BT1-18, BT19+) do not qualify for free shipping and due to excess freight charges, are charged a flat shipping rate of £49.99 (Ex. VAT).
Larger bulk orders may be sent via the Palletline network. Delivery via Palletline can take 1-3 days for delivery, dependent on your location.
Deliveries to all postcodes are currently operating on a 2-day delivery time-frame, and orders of this size must be placed before 12:00 for same-day dispatch.
If your delivery address is residential, we may need to contact you to confirm that you are able to accept a pallet to your premises which may cause a delay with the dispatch times. Please ensure you have placed the most up-to-date contact details on your order.
