COVID-19 UPDATE – We are still operating and dispatching online orders as normal until further notice, though we ask for 1-2 working days dispatch time due to current volume of orders and understaffing. Rest assured we have taken the necessary measures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our remaining staff members at this time, and they are working tirelessly to fulfil your orders as quickly as possible. We are also aware couriers are experiencing some service delays which may affect expected delivery times once goods are dispatched. All orders placed before 2pm are dispatched same day. Orders placed after this cut-off will be dispatched the following day (Mon – Fri only). Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays will be dispatched the following Monday. (Schott Packaging is closed on weekends and bank holidays)
Next Working Day delivery service is included free of charge on qualifying orders over £50 in mainland UK.

Orders under £50 to Zone 1 are charged a flat shipping rate of £4.99. Orders under £50 to Zone 2, 3 or 4 are charged a flat shipping rate of £9.99.
Standard delivery is expected in 1 working day in Zone 1. Standard delivery to Zone 2, 3 or 4 postcodes may fall outside of these delivery parameters, and weekends/bank holidays are not considered to be working days.

For courier purposes, the following destinations and postcodes (not exhaustive) are considered to be outside Zone 1 Mainland UK: Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles – FK, All IV, All KW, PA20-PA78, PH4 – PH50, All HS, All ZE, All IM, All BT.
Schott Packaging & affiliates including delivery companies and third party couriers always do our best to ensure our products arrive in a timely fashion and in excellent condition.
