COVID-19 UPDATE – Rest assured we have taken the necessary measures to ensure the safety and well-being of our staff members at this time, and they are working tirelessly to fulfil your orders as quickly as possible. We are dispatching all of our orders on time, but please also be aware that couriers are still experiencing some service disruption, which may affect expected delivery times once goods are dispatched.

All orders placed before 3pm are dispatched same working day. Orders placed after this cut-off will be dispatched the following day (Monday – Friday only). Orders placed after 3pm on Friday or Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).  Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery to account for circumstances mentioned above.

Due to courier restrictions and the large nature of the items which we offer, your order may arrive in separate consignments. These can occasionally get split in transit, and may arrive on separate days. Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery of all consignments.

Parcel Delivery – Mainland UK (Zone 1)

*Next Working Day delivery service is included free of charge on qualifying orders over £50 (Ex VAT).

Orders under £50 (Ex VAT) are charged a flat shipping rate of £4.99 (Ex VAT).

Delivery is expected within 1 working day after dispatch and will go ahead between 08:00 and 20:00. Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery at present to account for any potential courier delays or disruption.

We may be able to offer a timed delivery option for your goods. Please contact us before placing your order if you require this service.

Parcel Delivery – Outside Mainland UK (Zones 2, 3, 4, excluding BT)

For courier purposes, the following destinations and postcodes (not exhaustive) are considered to be outside Zone 1 Mainland UK: Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles – AB32-42, FK, All IV, All KW, PA20-PA78, PH4 – PH50, All HS, All ZE, All IM.

Delivery to Zone 2, 3 or 4 postcodes may fall outside of the next-day delivery parameters, or not qualify for Next Working Day Service. Please allow 1-5 working days for delivery to Zones 2, 3 and 4 to account for circumstances mentioned above.

Orders to Zone 2, 3 or 4 are charged a flat shipping rate of between £9.99 – £11.99 (Ex VAT).

Delivery – Northern Ireland

BT1-18, BT19+

Delivery to Northern Ireland (BT) typically takes 2-5 working days.

Orders to Northern Ireland (BT1-18, BT19+) are charged a flat shipping rate of £49.99 (Ex. VAT).

Pallet Deliveries

Larger bulk orders may be sent via the Palletline network. Delivery via Palletline can take 1-2 days for delivery, dependent on your location.

Deliveries to the following postcodes are currently operating on a 2-day delivery time-frame: CA, DD, DG, E, EC, EH, EX, FK, G, KA (19, 45+), NW, PA (1-19), PH (1-14), PL, SA14+, SE, SW, SY23, TA, TD, TQ, TR, W, WC, AB, IV.

If your delivery address is residential, we may need to contact you to confirm that you are able to accept a pallet to your premises which may cause a delay with the dispatch times. Please ensure you have placed the most up-to-date contact details on your order.
