Document Enclosed Wallets

Our documents enclosed pouches, also known as adhesive document wallets, provide a fast and secure way to attach invoices, delivery notes and other paperwork to the outside of parcels. Made from durable, waterproof polythene, they keep documents clean, dry and easy to identify during storage and transit.

Yes. Our documents enclosed pouches are made from waterproof polythene to protect paperwork from rain, spills and general warehouse handling. While they are weather resistant, they are not designed for full submersion in water.

The self-adhesive backing bonds well to most common packaging materials, including cardboard boxes, mailing bags and postal tubes. For best results, apply to a clean, dry surface.

Yes. Multiple sheets can be inserted as long as the pouch can be sealed fully and the adhesive area remains in contact with the packaging. Overfilling may reduce adhesion or visibility of the contents.

No. Once removed, the adhesive will not reseal securely. They are designed for single use to ensure the seal remains intact until the documents are accessed.
