Layflat Tubing

Layflat polythene tubing is a versatile packaging solution for protecting and wrapping various products, including long or irregularly shaped items such as blinds, cosmetics and tubing. Our medium-duty poly tubing offers strength and flexibility, and is available in widths ranging from 12″ (300mm) to 16″ (406mm), with a 250 gauge thickness (62.5 microns).

In essence, layflat polythene tubing is a polythene bag with no bottom. Provided on a roll for continuous use, Layflat Tubing easily creates custom-sized bags with the use of a heat sealer (sold separately).

To use, simply insert your product into the tubing, cut it to size, and heat seal both ends. Poly tubing is perfect for creating your own packaging, providing effective protection and flexibility for various goods, all while being available for quick delivery.
