The PSW001 is an economical, entry level machine for low volumes. The PSW002 and PSW003 add powered pre-stretch for reduced film use and faster wrapping, with the PSW003 also featuring integrated weighing. The PSW004 provides extra wrap height and mid-cycle reinforcement, which lets you add extra film around key areas of the load for greater stability

Yes. Optimax machines are turntable wrappers, meaning the pallet sits on the rotating table while the film carriage travels up and down the mast to wrap the load.

Models with powered pre-stretch are designed to work best and most cost-effectively with machine stretch film that can be elongated by the rollers. Using a good quality pre-stretch film minimises film costs and improves load stability.

Yes. Optional Optimax loading ramps are available to allow pallet truck access to the turntable. Without a ramp, pallets need to be placed on the machine using a forklift.

Like most of the Optimax range, every Optimax pallet wrapper comes with a 12-month return-to-base parts and labour warranty as standard.

All models are fitted with a 1500 mm or 1650 mm turntable and are compatible with 500 mm wide machine stretch film, covering most standard pallet sizes.

About the Optimax Pallet Wrapping Range

Within the Optimax range, the PSW001 offers a simple and affordable solution for low-volume operations, using a spring brake system to control film tension. Stepping up, the PSW002 and PSW003 provide powered pre-stretch of up to 200-300%, helping to cut film usage while delivering consistent wrap quality. These models also feature programmable settings, automatic film cut-off and soft wrapping functions to prevent damage to cartons. The PSW003 goes further with integrated digital weighing scales and a mast-mounted display, allowing pallet weights to be recorded during the wrapping process. For taller or heavier loads, the PSW004 includes an extended 2200 mm wrap height and mid-cycle reinforcement for added stability.

All machines come with a 1500 mm or 1650 mm turntable and work with 500 mm machine stretch film, with standard or pre-stretch options depending on the model. Built for reliability in busy warehouse environments, they can also be fitted with additional Optimax accessories such as ramps for pallet truck loading.
