Pallet Layer Pads & Sheets

Layer pads and sheets are designed to create separation and stability within palletised loads. Corrugated cardboard pads provide lightweight, cost effective protection against compression and strapping damage, while anti-slip sheets add surface friction to prevent cartons or bags from shifting in transit. Both options can be placed at the base, between layers, or on top of a pallet to improve load integrity and ensure products reach their destination in good condition.

Pallet layer pads are sheets of corrugated cardboard or board placed at the bottom, between layers, or on top of palletised goods. They help protect products from pallet strapping and compression, while also improving load stability during transit and storage.

Anti-slip sheets are coated paper or board designed to increase friction between pallet layers. They stop cartons, bags or sacks from shifting, even when pallets are tilted up to 45°. This helps to reduce transit damage and enhances warehouse safety.

Most pallet layer pads are made from B-Flute corrugated cardboard. Anti-slip sheets are made from durable kraft paper with a specialist coating to create friction.

Use anti-slip sheets when your products are prone to sliding, or when pallets are subject to movement on uneven surfaces. Standard corrugated layer pads are best for cushioning, preventing strapping damage, or creating a stable base layer.
