Mail Lite padded envelopes are a lightweight, economical option for protecting smaller items in transit. Manufactured from a kraft paper outer and AirCap® bubble lining, they provide reliable cushioning while keeping postage costs low. Each envelope is fitted with a strong peel-and-seal strip for quick, secure closure.

Available in sizes A/000 to K/7, in both white or gold finishes, Mail Lite padded envelopes are recyclable and designed for everyday use. Ideal for eCommerce orders, office supplies, documents, prints, jewellery and other lightweight items. Being fully recyclable when separated, they provide a practical, professional and sustainable mailing solution.
