Friction Weld Strapping Tools

Our ZXT and RXT friction weld tools offer a fast and consistent method for tensioning and sealing both polyester (PET) and polypropylene (PP) strapping. These battery-powered tools use heat friction to weld the strap, removing the need for metal seals or manual buckles and increasing efficiency in busy packing environments.

Suitable for 12mm, 16mm and 19mm strap widths, both the ZXT and RXT tools are designed for ease of use with adjustable tension settings and reliable weld strength. Ideal for pallet strapping, bundling and export packing in warehousing, logistics and manufacturing.

Supplied with battery and charger. All models cover PET and PP strapping in a range of widths, with spare batteries available separately.
