Steel Strapping Kits

Steel strapping kits are designed for securing heavy-duty loads where plastic strapping is not suitable. They are typically used for palletised goods, building materials, and industrial products where high strength and minimal stretch are required.

Steel strapping provides maximum strength and does not elongate under tension, making it suitable for rigid or very heavy loads that need to remain fully secured during storage and transport. Our steel strapping kits are supplied with a mobile trolley as standard and include either a combination tool or separate tensioning and sealing tools, depending on the setup required.

Steel Strapping Kit Options

Steel strapping kits are supplied in two main setups. Kits with a tensioner and sealer use metal seals, with the strap tensioned first and then sealed and crimped in place. Kits with a combination tool tension, seal, and cut in one tool and are typically sealless, removing the need for metal seals and reducing ongoing consumable costs.

All kits are supplied with a mobile trolley to hold the steel coil and allow it to be moved easily around the warehouse or site. Steel strapping is used for heavy, rigid loads where movement is not acceptable, including palletised goods, building materials, and industrial products.

Kits provide a complete setup with compatible tools and consumables, and are typically more cost effective than purchasing components separately.
