Description

The Optimax PSW002 is a high-performance semi automatic pallet wrapping machine designed for medium to high volume operations. With advanced film control features and a compact footprint, it offers an efficient way to improve wrapping consistency and reduce film usage.

Equipped with a powered pre-stretch carriage, the PSW002 can extend film up to 300%, helping reduce material costs and improve load stability. A rotating 180-degree control panel allows for easy programming from either side of the turntable, with multiple adjustable wrap settings to suit different pallet sizes and load types.

This model includes soft start and stop, a mid-cycle pause function, and automatic film cut-off for a clean finish at the end of each cycle. The soft wrapping feature helps prevent over-tensioning on corners, reducing the risk of carton damage. The PSW002 is compatible with pre-stretch machine films, including our full range of high-performance rolls for consistent results and reduced material waste. A top cover pause function is also included, allowing operators to insert waterproof sheeting or pallet covers before wrapping resumes.

The PSW002 is compatible with standard pallet trucks when used with the optional PSWR-2 loading ramp.
