The Robopac Masterplat Plus PGS is our best-selling pallet wrapping machine, trusted by businesses handling high pallet volumes. It combines reliability, performance, and ease of use in a compact, heavy-duty design.
Designed for both standard and euro pallets with a 1650mm turntable capacity, it comes equipped with a fixed 250% power pre-stretch system to reduce stretch film usage and increase load stability. The index-controlled turntable stops at the same position every time, making loading and unloading more efficient.
Operators can easily configure up to nine custom wrapping programs using the 3.5 inch colour control panel. With a load capacity of 2000kg and a maximum pallet height of 2200mm, it’s suitable for demanding warehouse and distribution settings.
If you’re using a pallet truck for loading, a ramp is required and sold separately.
