The Robopac Ecowrap XL FRD is a rotating arm pallet wrapping machine designed for users who need to wrap stable palletised loads without the need to rotate the pallet itself. This makes it ideal for wrapping heavier, fragile, or irregularly shaped items that may be unsuitable for turntable-based systems.
Fitted with an FRD (Film Roll Delivery) carriage, the Ecowrap XL uses a core brake system to apply film tension manually, making it suitable for use with pre-stretched film or standard machine film where no additional stretch is required during wrapping. The rotating arm allows the film to move around the pallet while the load remains stationary, increasing safety and stability during wrapping.
The Ecowrap XL FRD is well suited to low to medium volume operations looking for a cost-effective and stable wrapping solution. It supports pallet sizes up to 1200 × 1200 mm with a maximum wrap height of 2000 mm, and includes variable arm rotation and carriage speeds for flexible operation. It runs on a standard 230V single-phase power supply and does not require a loading ramp, making it easy to integrate into most warehouse setups.
