The Robopac Robot S7 PG3S is a premium mobile pallet wrapping machine, built for high-volume operations where efficiency and consistency matter. It wraps loads directly in place without the need for a fixed turntable or pallet truck, making it ideal for oversized, irregular, or unstable pallets.
This model is fitted with a PDS (Powered Dual Stretch) carriage, which uses dual motors to deliver precise film tension at either 250% or 300% pre-stretch. This reduces film usage and costs, while ensuring consistent wrapping across many pallet types. The automatic film cutting system minimises manual handling and speeds up each cycle.
The wrapping process is controlled via a 3.5 inch colour display, with comprises up to 12 adjustable parameters and multiple programmable wrap cycles. Robopac’s Cube Technology ensures accurate film placement and wrap consistency, even on awkward or varied loads.
Powered by a 24V 110Ah traction battery, the Robot S7 can wrap over 250 pallets per charge, and recharges using a standard 13 amp plug with no special power supply required.
