Professional rotating arm pallet wrapper with a fixed 250% pre-stretch system for efficient and consistent wrapping of heavy or unstable loads.
The Masterwrap HD Plus XL PGS is built for busy production environments where pallet stability and film control are essential. Its rotating arm design keeps the pallet stationary while wrapping, making it ideal for lightweight, tall or irregular loads that cannot be turned on a turntable machine. The PGS carriage uses a fixed 250% pre-stretch system that maximises film yield and ensures secure and even wrapping across every load.
Film tension and carriage speed can be adjusted directly from the control panel, giving operators full control over the wrap cycle. The machine offers a standard 2000mm wrapping height with an optional 2400mm configuration and handles pallets up to 1200 x 1200 mm. With a variable arm rotation speed of 7 to 11 rpm and a carriage movement range of 2.6 to 6 metres per minute, the Masterwrap HD Plus XL PGS delivers fast, consistent performance with minimal film waste.
Designed for use with pre-stretchable machine films, it supports film thicknesses between 7 and 35 microns and connects to a standard 230V single-phase power supply, making it suitable for most industrial settings.
