Description
The Optimax CT40U is a reliable semi-automatic case taper designed for sealing batches of uniform-size cartons. With side belt drives, it securely guides lighter boxes through the taping head, applying tape to both the top and bottom flaps for a consistent, professional finish.
Once adjusted to suit your carton size, the machine requires no further changes between runs, making it ideal for operations packing the same size box repeatedly. Tape roll changes and tension adjustments are quick and tool-free, helping to minimise downtime. The adjustable table height allows for flexible setup in most warehouse or packing line environments.
This model accepts a wide range of tape widths and standard carton sizes. It can be used as a standalone unit or integrated into an existing line.
