Description
The Optimax OCS422-240V is a heavy-duty cardboard shredder designed to convert waste cardboard into high-volume void fill or protective matting, helping reduce disposal costs while creating sustainable packaging on-site. With a compact footprint under 0.5 sqm, it’s ideal for warehouses, packing operations, or distribution centres looking to streamline void fill production.
This model features a 420 mm entry width and can process cardboard up to 18 mm thick, based on typical 60–300gsm material and a maximum of five layers. The high-torque motor is powered by a 1–3 phase inverter, offering robust performance for continuous use.
The OCS422-240V includes a built-in dust extraction outlet that can be connected to the Optimax SFP100-1K extractor unit, helping reduce airborne fibres and maintain a cleaner working environment.
