Description
The Optimax AP450 Air Pillow Machine is a brand-new model designed for busy eCommerce, fulfilment and warehouse operations. Built for continuous use, it combines fast output speeds, jumbo film rolls and a durable, user-friendly design that keeps packing areas running efficiently.
Producing up to 23 metres of air pillows per minute, the AP450 can run film rolls up to 3,000 metres in length, meaning far fewer change overs during the day. The high speed inflation system creates consistent air cushions with adjustable air volume, giving you complete control over how each pillow is filled. This ensures lightweight, protective packaging for products of all shapes and sizes.
The AP450 supports a wide range of film types up to 800 mm wide, including HDPE, PLA and paper-based options. Its clear touchscreen interface allows quick adjustments to settings, and the durable build makes it easy to clean and maintain.
