Description
The Optimax ES-102 is an affordable and compact semi automatic strapping machine designed for everyday packaging use. Built on the same chassis as the ES-101, the ES-102 features an open cabinet design for easier access to internal components, and a mechanical clutch tensioning system for consistent performance.
It is compatible with 9, 12, and 15.5 mm polypropylene machine strapping on both 200 mm and 280 mm internal diameter cores. The mechanical clutch provides a strap tension range of 15-45 kg (depends on strap used). The unit operates at 12 strapping cycles per minute and includes a PCB-based control panel with automatic motor shut-off to save energy.
