Description
Turn waste cardboard into high-performance packaging with the Shredpack SP422. Designed to handle tough workloads, this industrial shredder converts used cartons into flexible, eco-friendly void fill, helping you reduce waste and cut costs, whilst also protecting your products.
The SP422 handles material up to 420mm wide and 18mm thick*, processing at speeds of up to 13 metres per minute. A built-in cutting system trims and shreds in one pass, producing a flexible lattice mat that’s perfect for wrapping or void filling. With an output of up to 6m³ per hour, the SP422 is ideal for busy warehousing environments.
Its compact footprint of just 0.5m² makes it easy to position in busy workspaces, and with an unlimited run time, it’s well suited to continuous, day-to-day use.
The SP422 is also energy efficient, with IE2-rated components that reduce power use by up to 30%. A soft-start motor reduces noise and wear on internal parts, keeping performance high and maintenance low. Fully CE/EMC compliant, and built to meet BS EN ISO 13857:2008 safety standards.
Power Options
This machine is supplied as standard with a 1-phase (1PH) power setup, ideal for most commercial packing operations. A 3-phase (3PH) version is also available upon request.
