Mailing Bags

Our mailing bags offer a strong, lightweight solution for sending non-fragile items through postal and courier networks. They protect contents from handling damage and keep shipments cost-effective and easy to pack.

The range includes grey and white poly mailing bags made from 50 micron co-extruded polythene for durability, tear resistance and weather protection, and paper mailing bags for a recyclable, plastic-free alternative that still provides reliable strength in normal transit conditions. All styles feature a secure peel-and-seal closure, with paper mailing bags also available with a second sealing strip for convenient customer returns. Multiple sizes are available to suit a wide variety of products, and all options are manufactured from recycled materials wherever possible.

Yes. Our poly mailing bags can be reused if they remain undamaged after the first shipment. Simply pack your items inside and reseal with additional adhesive tape. Paper mailing bags can also be reused where condition allows, with many variants including a second adhesive strip to make returns or onward shipping easy.

Mailing bags are best for non-fragile products such as clothing, documents and other lightweight goods. For fragile or heavy items, we recommend using a cardboard box with suitable protective packaging, such as bubble wrap, padded envelopes or void fill materials, to prevent damage in transit.

The sizes shown for our mailing bags are flat (2D) measurements taken when the bag is laid out. To allow for the height of your product, choose a bag with a width that comfortably fits your item when it is filled, leaving extra room for sealing. For bulkier items, you may need to size up to ensure there is enough material to wrap around the product without over-stretching or distorting the bag.

Yes. Our poly mailing bags are made from 100% recycled material and are fully recyclable (check your local recycling centre rules). Paper mailing bags are recyclable in kerbside paper and cardboard collections.

Some paper mailing bags also include a second adhesive strip for returns.
